Refund Policy
Refund Policy
At Step Into Life Studio, each piece of artwork is created with great care, intention, and time. Because of the custom and personal nature of commissioned work, the following refund policy applies:

Custom Work is Non-Refundable
All commissioned artwork is considered non-refundable, unless a cancellation or refund is initiated by the artist or specifically agreed upon in writing between both parties.
Once work has begun, materials are purchased, and creative time has been invested, making full refunds not possible.

Deposit Refunds
A 30% deposit is required to begin most large-scale custom work.

15% of the total project cost (half the deposit) is refundable if the project is canceled before painting has started.

The remaining 15% is non-refundable to cover time, planning, and materials already invested.

Once painting begins, the full deposit is non-refundable.

Artist-Initiated Cancellations
In rare circumstances where I, as the artist, am unable to complete your project due to unforeseen events, a full or partial refund will be offered depending on the stage of completion.

Revisions & Dissatisfaction
One minor revision may be included in your project (if discussed in advance). However, due to the custom nature of the work and the agreement made during the planning stage, refunds are not given for dissatisfaction unless agreed upon in advance.
