At Step Into Life Studio, each piece is created with care and shipped with intention to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing & Shipping Timelines

Because each piece of artwork is unique, shipping timelines will be discussed individually with each client during the commissioning process. Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the work, as well as current scheduling.

You’ll receive a clear timeline before any payment is finalized.

Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs will be included in your custom quote or calculated at checkout, depending on the item. Costs vary based on size, weight, and destination.

Local delivery or pickup may be available in the Adirondack region —please inquire.

Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped via [USPS / UPS / FedEx] with tracking.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your item is shipped.

  • Signature confirmation may be required for larger or high-value works.

Packaging

All artwork is packaged securely using protective materials.

  • Canvas paintings are shipped in sturdy boxes or custom crates, depending on size.

  • Painted hats or bags are boxed carefully to maintain shape and quality.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include photos. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue or assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
